MLD Joins Kodiak Interiors Group Partnership Strengthens Company's Foundation for Continued Growth

SALT LAKE CITY, UT - August 14, 2026 - MLD announced today that it has been acquired by Kodiak Interiors Group (KIG). The partnership provides MLD with additional resources and expertise while keeping the team, products, and relationships customers have relied on in place.

With this new partnership, MLD's customers, contractors and manufacturer partners should not see a significant change in day-to-day operations. MLD will continue to provide high-end customer service, products available at every price point, and the kind of partnership-driven relationships that the company has prioritized since its beginnings. As part of the KIG platform, MLD will have increased backing to support that commitment, with Kodiak's operational resources and strategic expertise to help position MLD for continued growth.
