MLD Acquires Southwest Appliance Wholesale, Expanding Service to Southern Utah

The acquisition (effective October 1, 2025) expands MLD’s presence into Southern Utah and combines the strengths of two well-respected companies in the home design industry.
Founded over 30 years ago, MLD (formerly Mountain Land Design) operates five showrooms across Utah, Idaho, and Wyoming, offering high-end home appliances and fixtures to both trade professionals and homeowners. Southwest Appliance Wholesale, founded in Cedar City, Utah, has built a strong reputation over 20+ years for its knowledgeable service and broad selection of major appliance brands.
