Customer Satisfaction
It is our belief that the template will either save the purchaser time
in drafting a contract, or bring to his attention items that would
otherwise be overlooked. If for any reason, the purchaser is
dissatisfied with the product, a refund will be provided (less shipping
and handling if product was sent via U.S. mail). To obtain a refund, a
request must be made within 10 calendar days of receiving the template.
