Description
The Contract Template is an eight page file containing terms and
conditions for a contract between a Web site developer and his client.
It addresses among other things, scope of work, schedule, fees, technical
description of Web pages and Web server, promotion of the Web site etc.
It is available as a template for MS Word (Windows) and as a text file.
As a template, the user fills in the blanks, adds and deletes information to customize the contract for a particular Web site and client. The template can be used for small and large Web sites. For example, under fees, there is a provision for a team of
up to five people to work on a site, from Project Manager to graphic artist.
